Founded in 1987, MEP Manufacturing, Inc. looked closely at the pretreatment process and noticed a real need for companies to improve their maintenance process. With a vision of a complete product line and engineering service focusing only on pretreatment, we started molding our Clip-On Nozzles. Our goal was to improve serviceability of the nozzles and offer them at a competitive price. The results were outstanding. Soon, the old method of threading nozzles into a fitting became obsolete. Through hands on research, we soon saw a quality advantage to customers if they could remove their washer components quickly. We then developed the EZ Qwik Disconnect™. This allowed workers to clamp on a riser pipe in a matter of seconds. It eliminated the need for added material and labor cost. It also made maintenance a Snap. We expanded our product line to include complete engineered custom pretreatment piping systems utilizing CPVC pipe coupled with our line of EZ Spray components.

MEP added turnkey retrofit installations to our service offering. That hands-on, experience took the idea of modular components to the next level. In the early 90’s MEP started to develop it’s Snap™ technology. In 1995, we introduced MEP Snap Headers™. This gave customers extra flexibility in designing their systems and offer substantial cost savings. In 1998, MEP introduced Snap Risers™ which offered chemical and temperature benefits to the customer. We didn’t stop there. MEP developed (3) different styles of filters designed to improve quality, reduce maintenance, increase production, save cost, and extend the life of the pretreatment chemistry.

Over 20 years later, MEP continues to offer innovative products with exceptional quality, competitive prices, and Qwik delivery. Even with an extensive product offering most orders shipping the same day. Engineered systems usually ship in (1) week. We continue to do our field installations. Our customer service is second to none. Personal, friendly service is included in the sale. Most new business comes from “word of mouth” advertising.
